38-year-old
Triana Lavey has spent $15,000 on plastic surgery with the aim of always
looking Photoshopped.
She had a chin implant, nose job, cheek-defining fat grafts and regular botox, and now claims to have the face she always thought she had.
Ms Lavey, who's a talent manager for public relations company uFluencer Group, explained that she only became obsessed with her looks following the rise of social media.
'It skews our perception of how we should look I think it's making ourselves hold ourselves to a higher unrealistic standard.
'When you do see a picture of yourself hanging out, your instinct is, "oh I wish I were tanner or not wrinkled" or "wish this" and this is a natural response due to the culture we're gearing towards.'
