Oscar Pistorius Granted Bail After 7 Days Of Incarceration

Oscar Pistorius has been granted bail by a South African magistrate in a Pretoria magistrates court. 
Magistrate Desmond Nair says it has not been established that Mr Pistorius is a flight risk and that the accused could be violent again has not been established amongst other things. 

The South African Multiple Paralympic Gold medalist who is standing trial for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, has been incarcerated for a week at the police station.
