Kris Humphries has allegedly given Kanye West a warning about his new romance with Kim Kardashian.

The rapper is said to be dating the 31-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, after they were spotted on a series of dates last week.

Now, sources say that Kim's estranged husband Kris, has laughed at their romance and has told Kanye that he should be careful of being used by her.

"Good luck, dude, you are going to need it," Kris is said to have told Kanye, according to RadarOnline.

"Kris knows for a fact that this dalliance between Kim and Kanye has been going on for at least the last two years," a source told the website.

"Kim kept in touch with Kanye after she married Kris and promised him that she would cut off communication with him, but she never did. Kris is suspicious of the timing of Kim deciding to go public with the relationship because the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians is premiering in May, and Kanye has released a new album."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West appeared to confirm the dating rumours, when they were spotted leaving the rapper's apartment in NYC.

The brazen show of unity comes just days after Kanye released a new track, 'Theraflu,' in which he revealed he fell in love with Kim while she was married to Kris Humphries.

Kim and Kanye have spent an increasing amount of time together in the last few days, enjoying a series of date nights including lunch dates and a movie night to see The Hunger Games.

31-year-old Kim, was spotted leaving Kanye's apartment in the Big Apple, on Friday morning after spending the night.

During their date last night, Kim appeared to have a hickey on her neck, while Kanye had make-up smeared on his cheek, proving things are certainly hotting up between the two.

Kim is currently in the process of divorcing Kris, and despite her romance with Yeezy, recently said she was not ready to begin dating.
