She recently released a video encouraging people to Move Your Body to lose weight - and Beyoncé certainly showed the benefits of exercise when she flaunted her super-toned body in an incredible metallic mesh bodysuit at the Billboard Music Awards.
The fringed silver creation, which looked like a bodysuit made from metallic twined macrame over flesh-coloured underwear and fishnet tights, exposed every inch of her fast-disappearing curves.
The 29-year-old wore the daring design which was certainly not for the faint-hearted or those with an ounce of excess fat.
Beyoncé, who has won 16 Grammy Awards over the years, added another to her haul when she landed the title of Billboard Millennium Artist last night, acknowledging her career over the years.
She put on an astonishing performance of her current single Run the World (Girls), which saw her interact with the futuristic video projections screened behind her onstage, and at one point, even act out a fight scene.
She sang live whilst undertaking the vigorous routine, ably accompanied by a host of equally athletic backing dancers.
After her incredible stage show, Beyoncé was presented with her gong by her mother, Tina Knowles, who she runs fashion label House Of Dereon with - perhaps the origin of her dreamcatcher-esque outfit.
Afterwards, the star changed into a plunging, figure-hugging black Lanvin dress which she teamed with silver peeptoe Louboutins to meet the press at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The star will be gracing the Pyramid Stage as she launches her latest solo album 4.
It's been three years since her latest release I Am... Sasha Fierce, which received mixed reviews from critics, but went on to sell over 15million copies worldwide.
The album included hit singles If I Were A Boy and Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) but the star is said to be pushing her musical boundaries further with her new offering.
Beyoncé is also expected to film her role as Esther Hoffman in a remake of A Star Is Born later this year, with Clint Eastwood directing.
