Television's legendary Judge Judy sparked fears for her health today after she was rushed to the hospital today from the set of her acclaimed legal show.
An LA fire department spokesman confirmed that the 68-year-old judge, whose real name is Judith Sheindlin, was taken by ambulance to an undisclosed hospital at 9.12am PT.
She is being kept overnight for tests.
'The judge was feeling nauseous and had some intestinal discomfort and decided to go to the hospital to get it checked out', her representative Gary Rosen said.
Judge Judy later told TMZ: 'I'm just exhausted, and my body was telling me it need a day to chill.'
The 68-year-old judge was taken from the KTLA Studios in Hollywood but is said will make a full recovery.
A studio insider said: 'She was just sitting on the stand during her show taping and she started saying things that didn't make any sense,' a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.
'She said, "I need to stop, I'm not feeling well.'
Judge Judy is married to fellow Judge Jerry Sheindlin who she has been with for over 33 years.
The pair have five children between them as well as eleven grandchildren.
