way to develop a positive attitude at the work place is by starting to look at
your job with ‘kind eyes.’
“Take some time and write down the
positive aspects of your job and your employer such as working in a media house
where you have the opportunity to interact with who is who in the country,”
says Ms Mwanini.

that you have not been promoted for years.
