After Chris Brown was kicked out of a Malibu rehab center on Friday for breaking the facility's rules, he was put in jail.
On
Monday, a court decided what to do with him for the remainder of his
parole violation sentence: leave him behind bars.
The judge explained he
believed the artist was trouble because he had bragged in rehab about
being good with 'guns and knives'.
The 24-year-old R'n'B singer will have to spend more than a month locked up, according to TMZ.
His lawyer was hoping to get him released on house arrest, but those
wishes were not granted. The musician won't be released until April 23.
Chris's mother, Joyce Hawkins, arrived at the courthouse in
Downtown LA to support her son and was reported to have broken down in
tears when he was ordered to stay behind bars until his probation
violation hearing in five and a half weeks' time
