In yet another case involving sex from the ever-news making province, a
Masvingo man has been dragged to court by his father for spending the
whole day locked in a room with his father's wife allegedly having sex.
The cheated man, Vitalis Makomeke, who is employed by the Cross Border Transport Association (CBTA) and is always travelling to and from South Africa dragged his son, Peter Makomeke to Masvingo Civil Court where he was seeking a protection order against him.
The worried father said his wife and Peter would pretend to be conducting a prayer session then spend the whole day locked in his matrimonial bedroom.
The court heard that Vitalis' wife, Loraine, is not Peter's biological mother and the two conduct 'sexual prayers' every day whenever Vitalis is not around, the court heard.
"I once tried to stop them but they became violent and threatened to beat me up and evict me out of my own house. Peter comes to my house ever morning and spend the whole day 'praying' with my wife. They do this when I'm at work and our children will be at school," Vitalis said.
The court was told that the son even attempted to boot out Makomeke from his homestead at Farm 24 Mushagashe, about 40 km west of Masvingo city.
Masvingo magistrate Sibonginkosi Mkandla who presided over the case ruled in Vilatis' favour and granted a protection order which bars Peter from visiting Vitalis and his wife Loraine.
