Tomas has got quality and he's got a change of rhythm in the middle of the park that makes a difference
Although the hosts put them under concerted pressure in the closing
stages, The Gunners held on and Arteta was pleased to claim three vital
points
.
“We dominated the game,” he told Arsenal Player. “We had the better
chances but when Per was sent off and we gave a penalty away, it was
game on and we had to hang on.
“Credit to the lads, we defended well and the goalkeeper made some really good saves. We're delighted with the points.
“Tomas has got quality and he's got a change of rhythm in the middle
of the park that makes a difference. The fact that he made a difference
here is massive for us.
“Now we have to keep going and keep winning. We have three games at home now so let's focus on that.”
