Kim Kardashian says she wants more of a private life following her bitter divorce from Kris Humphries.
The 31-year-old reality star has received intense scrutiny since she announced in October that she was divorcing the New Jersey Nets player after just 72 days of marriage.
"We know that we put ourselves in the public eye," Kim told Cosmopolitan in reference to her family's reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and their several spin-offs.
"We love doing our reality show, and it's opened doors for us to have clothing lines and to do things we've always dreamt of. So it comes with the territory and we know that. But as I get older and go through certain things, it's made me want to be more of a private person."

It seems the constant attention and spotlight is taking its toll on Kim, who now says she wants to keep her relationships private.

Kim says that she will not quit starring in reality shows and the life she has become accustomed to, but fans shouldn't expect to see her future relationships play out on TV.
"I don't think I would stop doing the reality show - I love doing it - but I wouldn't have another relationship shown on the show," Kim revealed.
"That might be too personal, especially when you're just meeting someone. It's taught me to be more private."
