Wilshere na mwanawe, Archie.
The black and white photo shows the proud footballer kissing his new born baby's head.
The 19-year-old bought one of the smallest Arsenal tops available and was quick to tweet details of his purchase, so that fans know which side Wilshere junior will be.
'People asking who Archie will support! Only one team he will. Arsenal of course! Got his top ready,' the star tweeted, together with a photo of the new shirt.
He also posted: 'The proudest day of my life today! Archie Jack Wilshere was born at 15.06 uk time and weighed 7lb 11oz. I am the happiest man in the world! '
Baby Archie Jack was delivered by C-section and Wilshere, currently with a leg in plaster following ankle surgery, was sat in a wheel chair for the two hour procedure.
His girlfriend's mother Kerry, aged 44, and father Andrew, aged 46, were also at the birth.
Wilshere split with his 22-year-old girlfriend at the beginning of the year, after it was reported he had been involved with an 18-year-old lapdancer, but were reunited when Lauren found out she was pregnant.
The source close to The Sun said: 'They're both delighted. It took time to sink in as it wasn't exactly planned.'
The £50,000-a-week footballer is not expected to return to the pitch at least until Christmas as he recovers from his injury.
Wilshere was keen to share the news with his Twitter followers as he posted a photo of himself with his new son online.
