GERARD PIQUE's relationship with SHAKIRA has been well received in Barcelona - but not so at footie rivals Real Madrid.

The Colombian singer's track Waka-Waka has been pulled from the Bernabeu playlist following her decision to go public about the Barcelona and Spain defender.

The song, which was the official anthem for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa which Spain won, was regularly played during the pre-match build-up and at half-time during Real home games. But all traces of the track have now been removed.

Not that Shakira will be bothered. She's too besotted with her new fella to care about her track being banned.

Barcelona defender , Pique and Colombian performer Shakira have been a couple for some time.

There relationship has generated an incredible amount of interest and now that the pair are beginning to open up we are being treated to a mass frenzy whenever they are seen in public together.
