Vilio Chelsea
DAVID LUIZ was left in tears as Chelsea suffered a stark reminder that none of their old problems have gone away.
Fernando Torres missed two cracking chances to win the Club World Cup final.
But his fragile confidence betrayed him when it mattered most to leave
Brazilian star Luiz heartbroken at defeat by his fellow samba stars.

Ramires consoles Luiz
The Blues defender said: “I have a heavy heart. I cried. I wanted to win.
“I dreamed one day of playing in the Club World Cup final. I play for a big
club and big clubs win big games and big titles.
“You can cry one night. Tomorrow is another day. The difference was one goal
and we had many chances to score. The difference was details.
David Luiz (foreground) looks on as he watches his boyhood club Corinthians celebrate winning the Club World Cup
“I congratulate Corinthians but I cannot be happy. I wanted to win this title.
“I can run for three hours if I want because I work so hard physically. I want
to be able to put my head on the pillow every night and know that I have
done my best.
“I think I played well and say thanks to God for my life always, in good
moments and bad moments. I have a heavy heart but I have an amazing family.
I have a great job and a great life.”
Luiz produced another excellent performance in central defence and added:
‘Three months ago, two months ago, other people spoke bad about David Luiz and tried to kill me but I have confidence in my life.
‘I think I played well. I just try to help Chelsea. I came to Chelsea two years ago and many people didn’t know who David Luiz was. In the first month, second month, I did a great job and won some titles. Some people like you, some don’t.

'Divorce is too easy'
Divorce is getting too easy in the opinion of most Britons - even those who are divorced themselves.
Last year, there was a five per cent jump in the number of marriages dissolved - the first rise in divorce for almost a decade.
A
new survey suggests that six out of ten of us believe that there are
not enough legal hurdles to deter couples from rushing into divorce.
Figures due to be released this week by
the Office for National Statistics are expected to show high divorce
rates following more than four years of economic turmoil.
Last year, there was a five per cent jump in the number of marriages dissolved - the first rise in divorce for almost a decade.
The tough economic climate is putting stress on relationships and adding pressure to disputes over assets when couples divorce.
And
some lawyers are predicting that divorce will increase even more when
the downturn ends as many couples may be putting it off because they
cannot afford it.

But
despite economic pressures, those questioned by law firm Pannone thought
marriages were most likely to fall apart because of tensions caused by
infidelity.
Of the 2,000
people polled, 57 per cent agreed or strongly agreed with the statement
that ‘it is too easy to divorce these days’.
Women were slightly more inclined to agree with the statement than men – 59 per cent against 55 per cent.
And
while 58 per cent of the sample who were currently married agreed with
the statement, so too did 56 per cent of those who had been divorced
themselves.
Fiona Wood, a
partner in family law at Pannone, said the high number of celebrity
divorces could have helped reinforce the belief that divorce was too
easy.

Uingereza kutumia noti za plastiki
Plastic banknotes are set to be introduced in Britain, replacing the paper money used for more than 300 years.
The
radical overhaul could see the more durable, waterproof and
harder-to-counterfeit polymer sterling notes in circulation within three
years.
The Bank of England has put out a £1billion tender from 2015 for the printing of notes at its press in Debden, Essex.
Paper money could be replaced within three years after being used for more than three centuries
Part of this process demands that bidders are able to cope with the change from paper to plastic from the start of the contract.
Since 2003, the contract has been held by De La Rue – one of only two makers of polymer notes.
The company, which prints more than 150 currencies, has just produced new plastic banknotes for the Pacific island of Fiji.
Plastic notes were first introduced in Australia in 1988 as a measure against counterfeiting.
They
have proved a success, and are apparently particularly popular with
surfers who are able to keep money in their pockets without it
disintegrating.
Other
countries to issue polymer notes include New Zealand, Romania, Papua New
Guinea, Mexico and Vietnam. In Northern Ireland, a plastic fiver was
introduced in 1999 to mark the Millennium.
The Bank's chief cashier Chris Salmon
Plastic notes last much longer than
cotton fibre-based paper ones. For instance, an Australian $5 bill lasts
about 40 months, against six months for a £5 note.
Polymer
notes are more hygienic as they absorb fewer bacteria, harder to tear
or crease – making them easier for vending machines – and waterproof,
even able to survive being put in the washing machine.
A
key feature is a clear window, which normally contains an ‘optical
variable device’ that splits light into its component colours and is
extremely hard to counterfeit. Plastic notes can also contain holograms.
They are also more environmentally friendly as fewer need to be produced and they can be recycled.
However,
they are considerably more expensive to produce and would create an
initial cost as ATMs and vending machines would have to be adapted to
accept them.
The Bank’s
chief cashier Chris Salmon had already revealed it was investigating the
possibility of polymer or plastic-coated banknotes.
It is understood that the Bank will
initially introduce lower denominations, such as the fiver, which are in
wider use so become dog-eared more rapidly.

Kijana aua watoto 20 kwa risasi shuleni, Obama amwaga machozi
A troubled 20-year-old loner with a
history of autistic behavior is the monster behind a horrific shooting
at a Connecticut elementary school that left 26 people, including 20
children, dead on on Friday.

Traumatized students were seen being led out of the school crying and holding hands
Adam
Lanza shot his mother Nancy, a kindergarten teacher, at the upscale
suburban home they shared together and then took three of her guns and
drove the Dandy Hook Elementary School about 9.30am.
He
used two semi-automatic pistols, a Glock and Sig Sauer, and reportedly
wiped out an entire classroom of young children and shot several in a
second class before taking his own life.

President Obama openly wept today as he spoke of
the mindless shooting of 29 people, including 22 children, at Sandy
Hook Elementary school this morning saying, 'Our hearts are broken
today'
Witnesses say he Lanza going from room-to-room shooting people after first killing the principal Dawn Hochsprung and psychologist execution-style after they confronted him in the hallway.
Parents
who have not been united with their children are assuming the worst.
One witness told WCBS: 'Police just told us everyone presumed missing is
in the school and they are dead.'
Adam Lanza, 20, shot his teacher mother before driving to her elementary school and shooting 26 people including 20 children

shooting this morning
The families of victims grieve near Sandy Hook Elementary School, where
teacher Nancy Lanza's son Adam, 20, opened fire and killed 20 children
and six adults.Adam's brother Ryan, 24, who was originally thought to have been the shooter, is being questioned by police after he was arrested at his home in Hoboken, New Jersey.
He was on a bus on his way home from work when he was being named as the gunman and posted on Facebook that it wasn't him.
He told a friend he believed his mentally disabled brother did it.
Adam is believed to be autistic.
Another relative told ABC Adam had been 'obviously not well' and Beth Israel, tonight tweeted that her daughter went to school with him and he was 'troubled for a long time'.
Alex Israel spoke to CNN about how she went to school with Adam and she described him as fidgety, and a quiet loner who kept to himself.
She also said he was a highly intelligent student, 'above the rest of us'.
But she said he was never violent.

The gunman's father Peter Lanza, who is divorced from his wife, lives in Stamford, Connecticut, and declined to comment this evening after police performed a welfare check on him.
Neighbors said he recently remarried.
Mr Lanza learned of the tragic and senseless massacre by reporters who had flocked to his home.
He arrived shortly after police left and asked what the problem was.
The community of Newtown gathered to remember the victims who died on Friday at the Sandy Hook Elementary School
Newtown was once named one of the safest places to live in America and before this morning, there had been one murder in a decade.
The President addressed a stunned nation five hours after the shooting and openly wept as he spoke of the mindless shooting saying: 'Our hearts are broken today.'
Seldom has a head of state expressed greater public emotion in modern times.
Obama struggled for words, pausing several times as he wiped away tears saying, 'This evening, Michelle and I will...hug our children a little tighter, and we'll tell them that we love them.'
Lanza is believed to have shot himself at the scene, according to the New York Times.

Mwanamke afanyiwa operesheni kuficha Cocaine kwenye matiti

A drugs mule has been busted trying to smuggle almost two kilos of cocaine into Spain in her breasts.
Cruel traffickers forced the 28-year-old Panamanian woman to undergo surgery where several bags of the Class A drug were inserted beneath her skin – much like a breast implant.
She was stopped earlier this month at Barcelona’s El Prat airport, following a flight on Colombia’s Avianca airline, after police thought she was ‘acting funny’.
During a search, they found a blood soaked bandage covering her chest – which she admitted resulted from the operation to introduce the packets of drugs into her body.
She was rushed to a medical centre in the city, where doctors removed 1.8 kilos of cocaine – worth about £240,000- in a number of sealed bags.
A police source told the Vozpópuli news website that her arrest most likely saved her life, as she may not have survived much longer with such quantities of the substance in her body.

This practice is contrary to the acceptable norms and values of the society.
Moral decadence on the other is a reduction in the level of morality in the society.

As a result of
civilization, Nigeria ladies dress half naked to occasions all in the
name of fashion’ and this is contrary to the prestige placed on African
women.
For instance Nigeria ladies derive pleasure in wearing cloth such
as mini skirt, bumper short, armless e.t.c.
The other day I screamed when I saw a girl whose parent barely fed well, dressed with half of her breast and buttocks outside.
The trouser she wore is such that half of her buttock was out, with beads and terrible make ups and I heard her mum telling her “to have a nice day.”

As a teenager you must be cautious of the kind of clothes you put on. Do you know your dress create impression about you either positively or negatively in the heart of people?
Your dress could show if you are responsible or irresponsible, serious minded or unserious.
Dressing in a manner that parents, society and religion frown at is not civilization. The way you dress show whether you are respected or not.
Most youths now walk on the street half naked, with tattered clothes all in the name of fashion.
Many innocent guys have been arrested along with armed robbers just because of the way they dressed.
I see no reason why a child from a good home should relax or keep dreadlocks, piercing his ears all in the name of fashion. There is a saying that “you are addressed because of the way you dressed.”
The question is – who do we blame for these social malady – the parents, the society or the peer groups?

Lady Tawa Rawan and suspects
A 22-year old woman, married lady Mrs. Tawa Rawan, has landed in big trouble.
That was after she sent thugs to beat up her secret lover, Akeem Ganiyu, 25, at their Bariga area, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria, over a disagreement.
The thugs misfired and instead of beating
up Ganiyu, as directed by Rawan, they ended up killing him after
inflicting several machete cuts on his body.
She was arrested by the
police for her allegedinvolvement in the murder.
The incident happened at the victim’s house at 91, Arobadele Street, Bariga Lagos.
Narrating the incident, Rawan, mother of two kids, said she had a quarrel with the deceased and he slapped her and took away the money she made from bread sales.
According to her, she contacted those men to help her recover her money and to avenge the assault on her and not to kill Ganiyu.
She said she was still shocked that he was killed in the process.
On her relationship with the late Ganiyu, she said he was her lover and that she is from Oyo State and married to another man with kids.

Ni Messi tena, he can't stop scoring
Lionel Messi simply can’t stop
scoring.
The Barcelona talisman increased his record tally of goals
scored in a calendar year to 88, after netting twice against FC Cordoba
to secure a 2-0 win in the first leg of the Copa Del Rey tie.
The Argentina striker equalled and
surpassed Muller’s 1972 record of 85 goals in Sunday’s 2-1 victory over
Real Betis when he scored another brace.
But he doesn’t seem content with beating the great German hitman, as he marched on with another two goals this evening.
Lionel Messi (right) scored his 87th and 88th goals of 2012 against FC Cordoba
The 25-year-old was the difference once again for Barcelona, fresh from breaking the record at the weekend.
He scored his first of the match
after just 11 minutes with a routine tap in, and expertly slotted home
as the match drew to a close to kill the game off at the Estadio Nuevo
Arcangel.
The Barca No 10 should really have
bagged a hat-trick at Cordoba, but he failed to capitalise when Gerard
Pique put him through on goal with 20 minutes left to play.
Messi surpassed Gerd Muller's record of 85 goals on Sunday after scoring twice against Betis
Messi could have had a hat-trick if he converted Gerard Pique's through ball
Reaching triple figures in 2012 may be a bridge too far for Messi though. Especially with La Liga’s winter break.
The prolific forward will only play
twice more before 2013 kicks in, meaning he’ll have to average six goals
per game if he wants to reach 100 goals for the year.
Stranger things have happened…
Messi is unlikely to reach the milestone of 100 goals

Gerd Muller held the record for most goals in a calendar year with 85 for Bayern Munich

Ugua pole Mzee Mandela
The presidency says former president Nelson Mandela is
suffering from a lung infection, and is responding well to treatment in a
Pretoria hospital.
"Doctors have concluded the tests, and these have revealed a recurrence
of a previous lung infection, for which Madiba is receiving appropriate
treatment and he is responding to the treatment," the presidency said
on Tuesday.
"President [Jacob] Zuma thanks the public for continuous support to former president Mandela and his family at this time."
Mandela has had other health problems. He contracted tuberculosis
during his years in prison and had surgery for an enlarged prostate
gland in 1985.
In 2001, Mandela underwent seven weeks of radiation therapy for prostate cancer, ultimately beating the disease.
Mandela, who spent 27 years in prison for fighting racist white rule,
became South Africa's first black president in 1994 and served one
five-year term.
The Nobel laureate later retired from public life to live in the remote
village of Qunu, in the Eastern Cape, and last made a public appearance
when the country hosted the World Cup soccer tournament in 2010.

Mike Tyson awa mwanamke?
Mike Tyson akiwa na mkewe
Former undisputed heavyweight boxing champion of the world
Mike Tyson is said to be “feeling fine” after undergoing successful
gender reassignment surgery at a clinic near Beverley Hills.

Once known as “The Baddest Man on the Planet”, the boxer said having his first menstrual cycle “would be a dream come true”, and that from now on he would be known as Michelle.
“Some people might think it
strange that I’m now a woman,” said Tyson, who underwent complete facial
feminisation, orbital bone contouring and nasal surgery in an operation
lasting over 16 hours.

‘But even at the height of my career, when pound for pound I was regarded as the best fighter in the world, I never lost touch with my feminine side and knew that one day I would grow breasts and have a vagina.’
Iron Mike was given the all-clear
for gender reassignment surgery following a successful course in
hormone replacement therapy which, in his autobiography, the boxer
blamed for his 1996 defeat at the hands of Evander Holyfield.

Although
at the time Tyson insisted he was fit enough to carry on with the
fight, referee Mitch Halpern stopped the bout in the 11th round saying
Tyson looked flushed, was sweating profusely and appeared to be
lactating heavily from his left breast.
Tyson, said he hoped being
female would finally convince the American people that his “bad-boy”
days were over and he had turned over a new leaf.

Mike Tyson’s life has had its ups and downs, from living a tough childhood in Brooklyn where his father abandoned him and his mother later passed away to being on top of the world as one of the greatest boxers of his time, Mike’s story is interesting to say the least.
