Government will not break the law in the implementation of its
programmes.
Ruto said the Government will adhere to the

He said those criticizing the style of the Jubilee Government have neither read the constitution nor the bible on matters of leadership, saying they are not sincere in their criticism.
He said those criticizing the style of the Jubilee Government have neither read the constitution nor the bible on matters of leadership, saying they are not sincere in their criticism.
“I want to tell our friends criticizing the way we are managing this
country that they have either not read the Bible or the Constitution on
matters of leadership,” said Ruto.
The Deputy President assured Kenyans that the Government will respect
the institutions created in the Constitution as far as management of
the country is concerned.
“It should be clear that the Constitution states that each and every
institution in this country should be accountable for what it does. Even
in the book of Romans Chapter 14 verse 12, we are told that each one of
us will give an account of what he has done,” said Ruto.
He observed that those criticizing the management style of the Jubilee Government are living in the past.
“Those believing that the Government has broken the law in the way it
is managing this country are living in the past,” said Ruto.
Speaking at the Jesus House of Praise in Meru town, the Deputy
President said the Constitution regards all Kenyans and institutions
equally.
“The Constitution protects all citizens of Kenya and we are not
implementing anything in disregard of the constitution,” said Ruto.
